-We ship with Fedex & USPS . Shipping takes 3-7 business days!
-Shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19
-I am not in control of shipment, if your order is delayed we do apologize!
-If you have a special event, birthday, appointment or etc , and your order was delayed, you can exchange it for equal or lesser value. (A faster option)
- If you order hair that is not on hand, shipping takes longer.
Once it arrives, it will then be shipped to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
-There are absolutely no refunds on damaged, cut, bleached, colored, or unraveled hair.
-You have 2 days to return (On Hand) hair, for a full refund or exchange for equal or lesser value.
-You have 3 days to return (Not On Hand) hair, for a full refund or exchange for equal or lesser value.
Your shipping fee will not be refunded!
